<p><em>Pendidikan karakter adalah gerakan internasional yang menciptakan sekolah yang mampu menumbuhkan generasi muda yang jujur, etis, bertanggung jawab, dan peduli dengan membuat model dan mengajar karakter yang baik melalui penekanan pada nilai-nilai universal. Karakter yang baik tidak terbentuk secara otomatis; ini dikembangkan dari waktu ke waktu melalui proses pembelajaran, contoh, dan praktik yang berkelanjutan. Pendidikan karakteryang baik sangat penting sebagai bekal menghadapi peluang dan menghindari ancamanpengaruh negatif melalui media dan sumber eksternal lain saat ini. Peserta didik menghabiskan waktu sekitar 900 jam setahun di sekolah, penting agar sekolah melanjutkan peran proaktif dalam membantu keluarga dan masyarakat dengan mengembangkan lingkungan yang penuh perhatian dan saling menghormati di mana peserta didik belajar nilai-nilai inti dan etis. Teachers in schools have introduced a variety of methods, and learning methods to integrate the value of education with the character of subject matter during the teaching and learning process. There are several schools that have not integrated character in the subject matter. The teacher should be able to assess the appropriate character values for the subject matter. However, there are limitations to the process and there are appropriate methods in the learning process. In learning Indonesian in elementary school there is a basic competency in storytelling. On that material the teacher can integrate the educational values of the implemented character values. This study is expected to be used as a reference in teaching character values in schools and integrating them into subjects. <p><em>This study aims to determine the results of listening skills learning by using cooperative learning methods in 42 Primary Schools in Pontianak. The stages in the research, include planning, action, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 42 Pontianak Elementary School students. The data collection techniques employed were observation, interview, and test techniques. The data analysis technique is a comparative critical analysis technique and a critical analysis technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the cooperative learning method can improve the listening learning process. <p><em>This study aims to investigate the effect of the Socratic learning method on students' rational thinking skills. The type and design of research is quasi-experimental research and non-equivalent control group design. The study population was students in semester VI of classes A, B, and C of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program at Muhammadiyah Pringsewu University. Samples of class A, and B each amounted to 45 people. The determination of the control and experimental groups is carried out through certain considerations. Data were collected by tests of rational thinking ability and data were analyzed by inferential statistics (t-test). The results showed that there were significant differences in the ability to think rationally between students who studied with the Socratic learning method and students who learned with learning methods. This is evidenced by the value of tcount of 4.2976 and ttab = 2.0017, then tcount is greater than ttab.</em></p>Yesi Budiarti

The subjects of this research is the village of Kalimas Tengah Dusun Mawar Districts Sungai Kakap at Kubu Raya regency. The method of this research is a deskriptive qualitative. Data collectition techniques used is observation, interviews, recording technique and technique of note. Based on these result it can be concluded that the form code switching in the community village of village of Kalimas Tengah Dusun Mawar Districts Sungai Kakap at Kubu Raya regency, form over the internal code that includes code switching from Bugis languange to malay languange. Form code mixing in the community village of Kalimas Tengah Dusun Mawar Districts Sungai Kakap at Kubu Raya regency, in the form inner code mixing. Factors that cause the occurence of code switching and code mixing in the community village of Kalimas Tengah Dusun Mawar Districts Sungai Kakap at Kubu Raya regency, namely the presence the third speaker and the othe person or the opponent says. Learning videos are expected to have a positive impact on students to improve mathematics learning outcomes. The results of a field survey of six schools in Palembang are in two sub-districts of Kemuning and Sukarami. The results of interviews with teachers and students related to learning mathematics in schools still do not use instructional media, so it is hoped that with contextual learning videos able to support the results of mathematics tests can be achieved optimally. In addition, students are very enthusiastic about participating in observational activities, but in fact the field has not reflected the use of media in the process of learning mathematics in class. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to improve students' ability to write proposals. Research is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in three cycles. Each consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X of Muhammadiyah I Karanganyar High School. Data sources are collected from students, and documents. Data collection technique is a test. Data were analyzed using critical analysis techniques and comparative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the use of the NHT learning model could improve student proposal writing skills. Based on data analysis the ability to write proposals to students after the action in the first cycle only 5 students who reached the percentage of students reaching KKM, 21.73%. In the second cycle the percentage of students who reached students reached 46.15% KKM 12 students, and the third cycle reached 79.17% of students who reached KKM 19 students. This research uses quantitative methods.Whilethe techniqueof datacollectionis theassigment technique. The population of this study amounted to 29 students and the numberof samples was determined by entirepopulation,namely 29 students. Analyze data using percentages. The results of this studyindicate(1) the average value of the ability to write narrative essayof fifthgrade elementary school students is 75.44, including in good category.(2) the ability of students to write narrative essays in theaspect of suitability of the theme as a whole is classified as very good and good.(3) the ability of students in the conformity aspect oftehe cotentwhith the title is very good. (4) students’ abilities in the suitability aspects of the type of essay are classified as very good. (5) ability in the aspect of the accuracy of ideas in paragraups is classified as very good. The research method used is experiment. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Gunung Terang, Bandarlampung. The research sample was taken using multistage randomg sampling technique. The purpose of this study was to study the improvement of critical thinking and student learning outcomes through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The technique of collecting data is done by observation and test questions. The analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) can improve students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the percentage of classical critical thinking completeness of students in the first cycle (50%) obtaining the category "Quite Critical" and in the second cycle (79%) increased the category of "Critical".</em></p>Ristika Ristika

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know comprehensively about local wisdom-based the integrative science learning model in Al-Karim Natural Elementary School of Lampung. The type of this research is qualitative research using a case study approach. According the results of interview, participative observation, and documentation, local wisdom-based the integrative science learning model are applied through two aspects, namely The first is aspect of learning devices such as spider web, semester plan, mapping, syllabus, lesson plan, and teaching material integrated with verses of Al-Qur'an or Hadits which are relevant to learning material. Natural wealth and local culture of Lampung are becomed as a learning location and learning theme. The second is aspect of the teaching and learning implementation with three approaches are 1) bayani approach, namely the teacher explains the theories of science material integrated with natural resource of Lampung-based the relevant meaning of Al-Qur'an or Hadits; 2) the burhani approach, the teacher guides students to do direct observation in the natural environment and to understand the benefit of the material learned for life; and 3) the irfani approach, the teacher explains the benefit values of the science material and of the verses of the Al-Qur'an or Hadits which be able to be felt and be actualized by students through life philosophy values of the Lampungnese (Piil Pesenggiri)–based attitude and behavior in daily life. <p><em>The problem of this research is motivated by the lack of optimal thematic learning outcomes of class IV D students of Negeri 1 Sukarame Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to analyze, describe, and know the improvement of student learning outcomes through the application of the 5E learning cycle model. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The technique of collecting data is done by observation and test questions. The analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that through the application of the 5E learning cycle model can improve the thematic learning outcomes of students. <p><em>Research activities carried out to determine the management conditions associated with character education at 49 Gedong Tataan Public Elementary School. In its implementation, this research was conducted with a qualitative approach and the analysis process consisted of several stages, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data exposure, (3) drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the management of character education in SD 49 Gedong Tataan had been well implemented, there were activity planning, organizing activities, implementing activities and evaluating activities. <p><em>The role of the teacher is very important in the learning process, as well as in advancing the world of education. Character plays an important role in daily life and therefore in schools today it is emphasized to apply character education to every learning. One of the teacher's competencies is also needed one of them as an effort to form student's character. Teacher competency based on Law Number 14 of 2005 which is further regulated in Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005, teachers must have pedagogical, personal, professional, and social competencies. The competence of the teacher is closely related to the ability to develop student character in learning. Because teachers who have good competence surely understand how to apply the character of students in each learning. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that for the development of student character through teacher competence can be done including providing training / workshops for teachers, periodic tests as a measure of teacher competence, and supervision by the supervisory team. <p><em>The concept of quantum learning is developed based on the principle of "suggestology" or "suggestopedia" with the core thought that learning outcomes are strongly influenced by students' suggestions. A good learning environment and learning resources will encourage the emergence of positive suggestions so that it becomes a light that can arouse students' learning energy. Quantum learning is closely related to the workings of the human brain as a “neurolinguistic theory program” which is often abbreviated with (NPL), NPL is research related to how the brain works in organizing information. Quantum learning is also closely related to the concept of "accelerated learning", which is a set of learning methods and techniques that enable learners to learn at an impressive pace, but through normal and fun efforts. Quantum learning brings together suggestions, the way the brain works, and accelerated learning which is packaged in synergy in learning activities so as to arouse students' learning energy.
