PEMEROLEHAN FONOLOGI PADA ANAK USIA 4 TAHUN: KAJIAN PSIKOLINGUISTIK

Abstract

The research is psycholinguistic study which discussed the phonological acquisition or vocal sounds and consonant for 4 years old children, and explained the environment factor in language acquisition. First process Language acquisition is suddenly. Children language acquisition is continuity with a continuum who moves from saying a single word that simple into a what is even more complicated. So a vowel and a consonant that is mastered by 4 years children still limited. The formulation of a problem this research were ( 1 ) how sound of a vowel and a consonant of 4 years old children.( 2 ) what environmental factor which influence the phonology children acquisition. This study aims to know the sound of 4 years old vowel and a consonant of children and is environmental factor influence children phonology acquisition. Research methods used was qualitative .The study used naturalist observation because this research focuses on real situation. The results of the study were that 4-year-olds were able to pronounce the vowel sound perfectly and at the consonant sound that had not been able to be pronounced perfectly was the africative sound and the vibrating sound.
