Abstract

Beginning Reading and Writing is a basic ability that must be possessed by students in order to open up vast horizons of knowledge so that later they become a generation of "literate". Literacy is important in our lives, in addition to other means of communication. It takes integration in learning, as well as for the personnel involved in learning. Integrating reading and writing skills can improve student learning in all disciplines because it requires students to be more actively involved in what is learned. The Collaborative Literacy Models is designed to overcome the problem of beginning reading and writing. The Collaborative Literacy Models is designed to overcome the problem of beginning reading and writing. This Collaborative Literacy Models is a research-based instruction model that has a focus on language, process, and results.
